Fixed the wave tab when no great/elemental dragon selected (at last, I hope... I don't have time to test all relevant features such as the bookmarks)

"Map shit Binge and purge" (changed MAP_DATA according to the latest map change by Kabam - Thanks Didi)
Added ability to choose which great/elemental dragon to send in the waves and bookmarks tab (To be tested more. But with the current server situation, it's really hard...)
Put waves statistics in a new sub-tab
Forest troops (titans) trainable
Fixed some bugs (Thanks Rosebandit for your outcomes/feedback. For German translation, I didn't have time to take in account your last translation...)
